Yes. Submit your backlog and we begin immediately. If a task needs access, a decision, or work outside the scope, we flag it and keep moving on what we can deliver.

It applies to your first block. You review the work before your first Monday bill. If you’re unhappy, tell us before that first payment and we’ll waive the first-block charge. We won’t treat silence as acceptance.

Your block buys Start Right work hours: time spent on your project by Will and by the AI assistants working under his direction. We count real production only. We don’t bill waiting on slow tools, failed runs, retries caused by our own mistakes, or our internal admin. When Will and an assistant work on the same task at the same time, that time counts once. Your report shows what the time produced.

Yes, the same way an agency charges for any team member’s time. You’re buying Start Right’s work, not one person’s calendar. Because assistants can work in parallel, a single day can move more of your backlog than one person could alone. That speed is the point of the offer, and your report always shows exactly what the hours produced.

No. When you start a block we tell you what it should realistically cover, so we can keep working without stopping for approval on every small item. Your report shows time used and hours remaining every working day. If a single task would take an unusual share of your block, we flag that one before starting it.

At 10 percent remaining we send you a note with what is finished, what is still open, and what the next block would cover. You can top up with another block, switch to weekly support so the work never pauses, or stop there. Nothing is charged automatically unless you ask us to keep your block topped up.

Yes. Prepaid blocks of 5, 10, 20 or 40 hours are paid upfront and don’t renew. Unused hours stay in your balance until the work is done. Weekly support is the better fit for an ongoing backlog, since the work keeps moving without a new decision each week.

Unused paid hours roll over and remain visible in your balance. If you cancel weekly renewal, those paid hours remain available for agreed work.

Yes. Tell us before your next Monday renewal to stop it or request a different block. No 14-day notice is required. Work and charges already approved remain on your record.

That depends on the tasks. We estimate and prioritize with you, show progress, and pause at the agreed time limit. We won’t add hours or outside costs without your approval.

We agree on the approval process during intake. You keep control of public content, live-system changes, sensitive data, and outside spending.
