Website pages, visuals, cleanup

A practitioner had an event to fill, new copy sitting in a document, and a website that still described her work in a framework she had moved away from. Two Creative Hourly sessions took it from an outdated page to a finished event page and a cleaned up site.

Start Right client work for Human Potential Initiatives. Copy and event by Joda Williams. Custom visuals were generated with AI from her own written text.

It really turned out great. I get excited when I read it.

Watch it happen

Ninety two minutes, on the record.

The September 19 session was screen recorded end to end, one hour thirty two minutes, no audio. These are sped up from that recording and nothing is cropped or hidden: her Squarespace editor, the ChatGPT window open beside it, and her own source copy in the next window. The September 20 session was remote and was not recorded.

The whole session: one hour thirty two minutes in sixty seconds
The visuals and the diagram: eighteen minutes in thirty six seconds
The training page taking shape: twenty one minutes in forty three seconds
The page before the session, and the rebuilt Conscious Biology page after it

01

Before, and ninety minutes later.

The first session was in person, working live in her Squarespace editor with ChatGPT open beside her so she could watch each change land and redirect it on the spot. The old page became the Conscious Biology page, rebuilt from her own new writing.

Three visuals generated with AI from the client's own section text

02

Visuals made from her own words.

Three custom visuals were generated with AI from paragraphs she had written, then placed into the page. The system diagram turned a dense explanation into something a reader takes in at a glance.

Eleven sections, built as one block to match her own design

03

Eleven sections, matched to her design.

The second session finished the training page. Her own staging page was opened directly rather than a PDF of it, which corrected the typefaces, the colors and the order of the sections. The page went from a hero and one event card to eleven complete sections.

What changed across the site, in numbers

04

The tidy up nobody sees.

Old language came off three pages, the addresses that used to lead nowhere now redirect, a page title that had been showing a default in search results was fixed, and the printed flyer got a working QR code pointing at the live page. Two short follow-ups over the next two days moved the call button to her own number and specified the intake outline she asked for.
