Your backlog.
Finally moving.

We take care of your branding, marketing, website, and tech backlog so you can get back to what really matters: running your business.

Clear My Backlog

Start today. Your first block is billed Monday, only if you’re happy. Then weekly, every Monday. Cancel anytime.

01 / Make room for the important work

You didn’t start a business
to live in the backlog.

The website fix you keep postponing. The deck that needs a redesign. The content sitting in a folder. The spreadsheet that takes too long. Send us the list. We begin immediately, prioritize what moves the business forward, and flag anything that needs your input.

01 · Choose

Send the backlog.

Submit what’s stuck and choose a 5, 10, 20, or 40-hour weekly block. We begin immediately with the work we can move forward.

02 · Clear

See the work.

We execute with AI-assisted tools and professional review. On each working day, you receive the completed work, time used, remaining balance, and anything we need from you.

03 · Continue

Decide on Monday.

Review your first block before paying. Happy? Continue with weekly billing. Unhappy with the first block? Tell us and you won’t be charged for it.

02 / One place to bring the list

From the first idea
to the last loose end.

Mix categories within your block. We get moving immediately and flag anything that may fall outside the scope.

04 / The work speaks for itself

Less wondering.
More seeing it done.

Every working-day report connects the time to the actual work. A task is cleared when the agreed deliverable is finished and verified. Work awaiting a decision is shown separately.

YOUR REPORT INCLUDES

Bottlenecks cleared · Hours used

  • Cleared: each completed task, its deliverable, and the check performed
  • Time: today’s service time and the remaining hour balance
  • In progress: unfinished work and what happens next
  • Needs you: the exact decision or access needed to continue

You see the actual results before deciding whether your first block was worthwhile.

05 / Clear from the start

Before we start.

Notebook and laptop ready for agreeing scope and priorities
Can you start today?

Yes. Submit your backlog and we begin immediately. If a task needs access, a decision, or work outside the scope, we flag it and keep moving on what we can deliver.

What does “only if you’re happy” mean?

It applies to your first block. You review the work before your first Monday bill. If you’re unhappy, tell us before that first payment and we’ll waive the first-block charge. We won’t treat silence as acceptance.

How are AI-assisted hours counted?

We record actual service time spent executing and reviewing your approved work. We don’t bill estimated hours an unaided person might have needed, idle waiting time, or the same time twice for parallel AI work. Your report shows what the time produced.

What happens to unused hours?

Unused paid hours roll over and remain visible in your balance. If you cancel weekly renewal, those paid hours remain available for agreed work.

Can I cancel or change my block?

Yes. Tell us before your next Monday renewal to stop it or request a different block. No 14-day notice is required. Work and charges already approved remain on your record.

Will everything on my list be finished in one block?

That depends on the tasks. We estimate and prioritize with you, show progress, and pause at the agreed time limit. We won’t add hours or outside costs without your approval.

Do you publish or change live systems automatically?

We agree on the approval process during intake. You keep control of public content, live-system changes, sensitive data, and outside spending.
