The Ten-Day Build / Start Right

Bring us the project everyone says takes months.
Priced in two hours. Done in ten days.

For owners who run it alone and have a date on the calendar: the launch, the event, the rebuild, the film. The usual answer is six weeks and a discovery call, and the last person you hired went quiet. We send a fixed price in two hours and deliver in ten days, or every dollar comes back.

Fixed price. Fixed date. Or it’s free.

Projects start at $2,500. Two at a time.

Say yes, worst case

Day ten comes and it is not done. Every dollar comes back, and you keep what we built.

Say no, best case

Six weeks from now, it might be.

01 / How it works

Four steps.
Your part is the first one.

  • You send it

What it is, the date it has to be ready, and a link to what exists now. A paragraph is enough. A voice memo works too.

  • Two hours

You get one page back: the result, what “done” means, the price and the date. Fixed. No hourly meter, no surprises later.

  • You pay

Paying in full locks your date. Nothing goes on our calendar until it is paid, and we only take two projects at a time.

  • Ten days

A short report every working day, so you watch it come together. Nothing goes live without your yes.

02 / The guarantee

Ten days,
or it’s free.

If it is not done by the date on your quote, every dollar comes back, and you keep what we built.

The date is ours to set, so we only promise what we can keep. This promise is written into our refund policy.

  • The clock

Starts the day you pay and we have what we asked for. If we are waiting on you for photos, access or a decision, the date moves by the same number of days, and we tell you in writing the same day.

  • What done means

Written on your quote before you pay. If it is on that page, it is in the price. If it is new, it is a new quote.

  • Bigger than ten days

We say so in the quote and split it into ten-day builds, each with its own date and its own guarantee.

03 / Proof

What we build.
Brand, web, commerce, film.

A practitioner’s training program could not take money. In 1 hour and 3 minutes of billed work, its registration was switched on at $195 a seat with a ten-seat limit, ready the next day. The event page it sits on took two sessions. See the registration case.

It really turned out great. I get excited when I read it.Joda Williams, Human Potential Initiatives

04 / Why this fast

One person decides.
AI does the heavy lifting.

Will Mosley, designer and developer, scopes every project, makes every call and reads everything before it reaches you. AI assistants under his direction do much of the making. No account managers, no hand-offs, no waiting for a meeting. That is how months become ten days, and why we take only two projects at a time. Meet Will Mosley.

05 / The price

From $2,500.
Fixed before you pay.

  • What it is worth

Price it against what the result makes you, not what it costs to build. Ten seats of a $250 workshop. One client for a year. The launch that has to happen this month or not at all.

  • Two at a time

We run two projects at once, never more. When both are full, your quote says the first date we can start.

  • Paid in full

Paying locks your date. If we miss it, the whole amount comes back.

06 / After the build

Keep us on.
Your creative and tech department.

Most of what a business needs after a launch is small and constant. Our retainers handle it, by the month or the year. Pay for a year and get two months free.

07 / Not for you if

Better to know
before you send it.

  • You want guaranteed sales, leads or rankings. We guarantee the build and the date, not your market.
  • You want to be billed by the hour.
  • You want weekday meetings. Ours are Saturday mornings, 9 to 12. Everything else runs by text and the daily report.
  • You want claims you cannot back up, including medical claims.
  • The project is under $2,500. For that, look at Care.
08 / Questions

Short questions.
Straight answers.

Two hours, really?

Send it on a working day before 3 PM and the quote is back within two hours. Later than that, by 10 AM the next working day.

What if you can’t do it?

We say so in the quote, before you pay a cent. We would rather turn it down than miss a date.

Who owns the work?

You do, on full payment. We show it in our portfolio only with your yes.

Do I share passwords?

No. You invite us inside your own accounts, and every login location goes on your one-page map.

What if it needs a change after day ten?

Anything we got wrong, we fix free. New ideas are a new quote, or part of a retainer.

Can we talk first?

Yes. Saturdays between 9 and 12 at Switchyards, 217 Coxe Ave, Asheville. Ask for a Saturday seat.

Send us the hard thing.
The price is back in two hours.

Ten days, or every dollar back, and you keep what we built.

The Backlog Audit.
One page. Ten items. Three piles.

Sort what you keep putting off into Do, Decide and Drop, write the sentence that makes each one finishable, and put an honest hours guess beside it. Most people find the whole list is smaller than it felt.
