The ask
A roadside business that had to be recognisable on a van, a card and a screen before anyone read a word.
What shipped
An identity carried across vehicle, print and web, with a website concept.
Mobile Tech needed to look established at the roadside, on a vehicle and in a customer’s hand. The identity turns a single handshake mark into a working kit for a small towing and roadside business.
Start Right client identity work. The accompanying website direction is an unpublished concept.
Before Start Right, I didn’t have an identity for my startup. … The unique business cards help me close more deals that I wouldn’t have if I didn’t have them.

01
One mark, built for distance.
The handshake is drawn as a solid silhouette, so it holds up at a glance and at small sizes. Paired with a plain sans wordmark, it works in black on white or reversed out of black.
02
Made for the handoff.
The card puts the mark on one side and the full service list on the other, so a stranded driver keeps both the name and the reason to call.
03
From card to vehicle to web.
The magnet reduces the system to mark, name and number, the three things a passing driver can read. The unpublished website direction carries the same dark palette.
Up close
Simple enough to read at speed.

Your next project
Build a more consistent brand
Tell us what you want open. You get a fixed price and a written definition of done within two hours. Pay in full, or half to lock your Monday. Ten days later it is done, or we pay you for every working day late, and you keep what we built.
Founding price $2,500, fixed, and never more than two Launches at a time. Fixed price, fixed date, or we pay you for every day late. Anything bigger than ten days is split into consecutive Launches, each with its own date and its own guarantee.
The Backlog Audit: one page, ten items, three piles
Sort what you keep putting off into Do, Decide and Drop, write the sentence that makes each one finishable, and put an honest hours guess beside it. Most people find the whole list is smaller than it felt.
