Any size. The year is paid up front, gets two months free and adds these three, each valued at a price Start Right charges. The quarter does not include them.
One piece of work, small or sizable, tech or creative: a page edit, a new page, a new form or sign-up, a date or event added, a photo or text swapped, a link fixed, a page hidden or removed, a flyer or social graphic made or updated, an email written and sent to your list, a short video trimmed. Most can be done the same day.
Can count as two. We always say so before starting, never after.
Building something entirely new from the ground up, such as a new website, an online store, or a program with its own payments and sign-ups, is a Launch, not a change: built and live by a fixed date. One each quarter is included on Partner. On Care and Care Plus, we quote it at a fixed price before any work starts. See the Ten-Day Launch.
Unused changes do not roll over. If a month runs past what your size covers, including Partner's monthly hours, we tell you before doing more. Never a surprise bill.
Live by the next working day means by the end of the working day after your change reaches us with what it needs, such as the words, the photo or the date. On Partner, a change sent by noon Eastern is live by the end of that working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays. Days spent waiting on you or on an outside service do not count. If a piece of work needs longer, we say so and agree the date with you before starting, and that is the date we keep.
Every change live on time, or it is on us. In every size.
A late change does not count toward your monthly changes, and we add one more on top. If more than three changes run late in one month, that month is free: a month's price comes back to you, or we add a free month, your choice.

Choose Care, Care Plus or Partner, by the year or the quarter, from the three sizes. Not sure which size fits? Ask with the form, and Will suggests the size that covers your usual month.
Pay up front for the size and term you chose, at checkout on this site. Once it is paid, Will writes to you himself.
Send your first change to will@startrightllc.com, or any way you like. On the year, your first list is done as one batch in your first week, without using your monthly changes.

A quarter renews by the quarter until you say stop, and a text or an email is enough. A year does not renew on its own: before it ends, we ask. Any renewal invoice comes two weeks before the new term starts, and if you say stop before then, nothing more is owed. A quarter is not refunded once it starts.
A year is a commitment, and it is what lets us set your time aside. If you need to end it early, give 30 days' notice by text or email. We refund what you paid, less the monthly price for each month that has started, the value of any bonus already delivered, and an early ending fee of two months' price, the two free months the year came with.
You do. Every account stays in your name, with you as the owner, and your login map is kept current. On the rare occasion a domain setting needs to change, we make the change for you and tell you before we do. Your pages and your contact and booking lists are backed up to a folder in your name every month. If you stop, all of it stays with you.
Ask, and tell us what you change in a usual month. Will suggests the size that covers it. If you host gatherings or events, Care Plus is built for that.
Your platform, domain, printing and any paid tools, such as an email service, are paid by you, in your own accounts. They sit outside the Care price.

Sort what you keep putting off into Do, Decide and Drop, write the sentence that makes each one finishable, and put an honest hours guess beside it. Most people find the whole list is smaller than it felt.
