Refund policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Start Right LLC provides custom digital services, including website strategy, design, development, film and related creative work. Because the work is customized, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service and how much work has begun.
TEN-DAY BUILD GUARANTEE
Every Ten-Day Build quote states a fixed price, a delivery date and a written definition of done. If the work in that definition is not delivered by the date on your quote, Start Right LLC refunds the full amount you paid for that build, and you keep the work completed. The date moves by one day for each day we are waiting on materials, access or a decision from you, and we tell you in writing the same day. Additions beyond the written definition of done are quoted separately and are not covered by the original date. Anything we built incorrectly is fixed at no charge.
RETAINERS
Monthly retainers renew each month on your start date. Annual retainers renew each year. To cancel, email will@startrightllc.com any time before your next renewal and nothing further is charged. A renewal charged after a cancellation request dated before the renewal date is refunded in full. If you cancel an annual retainer early, we refund what you paid less the monthly rate for each month that has started.
CREATIVE HOURLY PREPAID HOURS
If your first block of prepaid hours is not right, tell us before it is used up and the unused hours are refunded.
OTHER PROJECTS
Before production begins: If you cancel before production work begins, Start Right LLC will refund unearned fees, less any approved non-refundable third-party costs already incurred for your project.
After production begins: Start Right LLC will retain fees earned for accepted milestones and work completed. Any unearned production balance will be refunded.
Third-party costs, licenses, domains, applications, hosting, or other outside expenses that were approved and incurred are non-refundable. Completed and accepted custom work is not returnable. No physical goods are shipped under this offer.
To request cancellation or a refund, email will@startrightllc.com with your name, business name, order number, and request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.
