01 / The blocks

Start small.
Make room for more.

  • 3 hours · $150

The smallest start. One thing, fixed or finished properly, and a look at how the reporting works before you commit further.

  • 5 hours · $250

A focused start. One substantial thing, or a handful of the fixes you have been postponing. Most people start here.

  • 10 hours · $500

Steady progress. A regular mix of creative and technical work, or one larger project seen through.

  • 15 hours · $750

A full week of output. An event filmed and edited, a site rebuilt end to end, or a large backlog cleared in one run.

  • 20 hours · $1,000

A bigger backlog. Several connected projects with dedicated attention across the week.

  • 40 hours · $2,000

Substantial delivery across your approved priorities, week after week.

02 / Two ways to pay

Weekly,
or once.

Weekly

Nothing upfront.

Start today. Your first block is billed the following Monday, and only if you are happy with it. After that it renews each Monday until you say stop. Best when the backlog is ongoing and you want work moving without a new decision each week.

Prepaid

Pay once, no renewal.

The same 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 40 hour blocks, paid upfront, with nothing recurring. Unused hours stay in your balance until the work is done. Best for a defined project with an end.

Buy a prepaid 3 hour, 5 hour or 15 hour block, or start a weekly block.

03 / What a service hour means

Our time,
not one person's calendar.

A service hour is one hour of Start Right work on your project, whether that hour is worked by Will or by an AI assistant working under his direction. You are buying the firm's output, the same way an agency bills any team member's time.

Because assistants can work in parallel on different projects, a single day can move more of your backlog than one person could alone. That speed is the point of the offer, and your report always shows exactly what the hours produced.

See what five hours realistically clears.

04 / The rules, plainly

No surprises
on the invoice.

  • Hours roll over

Unused paid hours stay in your balance. They do not expire at the end of a week.

  • We flag before we spend

When a block is bought we say what it should realistically cover. If one task would eat an unusual share of it, you hear about that task before we start it.

  • 10 percent warning

When your balance drops to 10 percent we tell you what is finished, what is open, and what the next block would cover. Nothing renews automatically unless you ask it to.

  • Cancel anytime

No notice period and no term. On weekly, stop before Monday and there is nothing to pay.

  • Outside costs are separate

Software subscriptions, ad spend, printing and stock are agreed with you and billed at cost, never marked up inside your hours.

Tell us what is stuck.
We will price it honestly.

If a block will not cover what you need, we would rather tell you that before you pay than after.
