No jargon, no percentages, no dashboard to log into. If a line does not name something you can open and look at, it does not belong in the report.

02 / Why it is built this way

Because you are paying
for time you cannot see.

01 · The honest problem

AI time is invisible.

You cannot watch it happen the way you can watch a person work. So the only fair answer is to show the output and the clock side by side, every single day.

02 · Cleared means done

Not started. Not nearly.

A task is only listed as cleared when the agreed deliverable exists and has been checked. Anything short of that sits under In progress where you can see it.

03 · Decide early

Judge the first block.

On a weekly block, you have read several of these before the first invoice arrives. If the reports do not convince you, do not pay it.

03 / What we never put in it

Time we did not
earn.

Waiting on slow tools. Failed runs. Retries caused by our own mistakes. Our internal admin. Time spent learning our own software. None of it reaches your report, because none of it moved your project forward.

If Will and an assistant work the same task at the same time, that time is counted once. Other clients run on their own clocks and never touch yours.
