You keep your preferred printer. We prepare your artwork and can communicate directly with your printer to match its production specifications. Your printer handles physical printing, and you manage the order and payment directly with them.

We work through your priorities in order, then report what changed, with before and after, and the hours used.

You choose. Continue into Start Right Care and the day counts toward your first quarter, or stop there. Nothing renews.
Your first day counts toward Care.
Start Right Care’s first quarter is $2,880 for 48 service hours. Your Try a Day already paid $480 for 8 of them, so continuing costs $2,400 more for the other 40.
Try a Day hours expire 30 days after purchase, unless they are credited into Care.

The terms, in plain words

- 8 service hours for $480, paid up front.
- Your hours expire 30 days after purchase, unless they are credited into Start Right Care.
- No subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
- Service hours cover productive work, including AI assisted work under our direction. Waiting, failed runs and corrections of our own mistakes never use your hours.
- You keep your preferred printer. We prepare the files and can talk to your printer about its specifications; you order and pay your printer directly.
- Your platform, domain, printing and any paid tools are paid by you, in your own accounts.
- You own every account, file, login and finished piece of work, always.
Questions, answered plainly
What counts as a service hour?
Time spent doing your work: designing, building, writing, filming, editing, preparing files and checking them. Waiting on inputs or access, failed runs and corrections of our own mistakes never use your hours.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool, under our direction. AI assisted work counts as service hours only when it is productive work on your list. Everything is checked before it reaches you.
Which platforms do you work on?
Any website or eCommerce platform, not just Shopify. Pages, product listings, forms and integrations, wherever your business already lives.
Do you print my packaging or labels?
No. You keep your preferred printer. We prepare your artwork and can communicate directly with your printer to match its production specifications. Your printer handles physical printing, and you manage the order and payment directly with them.
What if you make a mistake?
Fixing our own mistakes never uses your hours. On Start Right Care, if we miss a delivery date we agreed for a reason we control, that task’s hours are free.

Can I buy Try a Day more than once?
No, it is once per business. After your day, Start Right Care covers ongoing work, and a Start Right Block covers occasional work.
What happens after my day?
You get your report: what changed, before and after, and the hours used. Then you choose. Continue into Start Right Care and your $480 counts toward your first quarter, so you pay $2,400 more. Or stop there. Nothing renews.
