The project
What the work needed to do.
The communication problem
A practice that offers several different services cannot explain them all in one film. Each service needs its own piece, and the set has to look like it came from the same place, so someone moving between them recognises one practice rather than five unrelated videos.
The design approach
One run of filming at the practice, then five separate cuts drawn out of it. Each ad takes a single subject and runs to its own length rather than a forced uniform duration, from just over a minute to nearly nine. The practice’s own printed material appears on camera, so the films and the collateral read as one brand. Caption files were delivered with every cut.
The work

Bring us the hard thing. You get a fixed price and a written definition of done within two hours. Paying in full locks your date. Ten days later it is done, or every dollar comes back and you keep what we built.
Projects start at $2,500 and we take two at a time. Fixed price, fixed date, or it is free. Anything bigger than ten days is split into consecutive builds, each with its own date and its own guarantee.

One page. Ten items. Three piles.
Sort what you keep putting off into Do, Decide and Drop, write the sentence that makes each one finishable, and put an honest hours guess beside it. Most people find the whole list is smaller than it felt.
