For centers and practices
Programs, memberships, intake, courses and events. Work built for centers, practices and studios that had a date in the calendar and needed to be taking money before it arrived.
01 · Registration and checkout
A page that could only ask people to call, rebuilt to take the money itself.
- $195registration, live checkout
- 10seats, the room closes itself
- 19 to 27 Sepbuilt, 2026
- What they needed open
- A practitioner training with a fixed date, a ten seat room, and a page that could only tell people to telephone the venue.
- What we built
- A registration product with its own checkout form, a seat cap set through stock so the room closes itself at ten, one registration per purchase so every attendee answers for themselves, a payment processor application submitted and approved, and the Register buttons pointed at a live checkout. Health and medical history was deliberately kept out of the checkout, because a commerce checkout is the wrong place to collect it and the wrong place to store it.
- What it changed
- The page takes a registration without anyone present, and stops at ten seats on its own. Nobody has to remember to switch it off.
Today’s session completely blew me away. I felt heard, supported, and creatively energized the entire time. I now feel confident moving forward with my website.

02 · Event page
A page people could actually be sent to.
- What they needed open
- A three day training with a date and a venue, and an outdated page that did not say clearly what it was or when.
- What we built
- A rebuilt event page and an eleven section training page, three custom visuals generated from her own written text, legacy language cleared from three pages, redirects for the old addresses, a corrected page title, and a QR code for the printed flyer.
- What it changed
- One address to send people to, in print and in a message, that survives the old links still in circulation.
Built 19 to 20 September 2026, for Human Potential Initiatives.

03 · Practice website
A professional practice, built to be read and to be found.
- What they needed open
- A private practice needing a site that carries its brand across every page and reads as carefully on a phone as on a desk.
- What we built
- An eight page site with the brand styling carried through it, proofed at desktop and mobile widths so the mobile direction is documented page for page rather than left to chance.
- What it changed
- Sixteen approved proofs, eight desktop and eight mobile, so nothing about the phone version was a surprise after it shipped.
Website and brand work for Itiyopiya F. Ewart, PLLC.

04 · Identity
An identity a studio can actually run on.
- What they needed open
- A studio with one logo and no room to move: nothing that worked small, in one colour, or on a sign.
- What we built
- A twelve artboard identity family, six complete logo treatments with six matching standalone symbols, in colour and in monochrome.
- What it changed
- The studio picks the right mark for a door, a mat, a screen or a stamp instead of commissioning a new one each time.
Identity work for Shakti Shanti Studio.
The logos look amazing! I appreciate you understanding my vision

05 · Event film
Film that fills the room next time.
- What they needed open
- A gathering that needed one short piece to bring new people in and longer pieces for the community that had already been.
- What we built
- Three cuts from one event: a 0:32 promotional spot, and two longer films at 1:31 and 1:27 for people who had been there.
- What it changed
- One shoot serves both jobs, the invitation and the memory, instead of booking a second crew.
Event film for StarTribe.
The best part of working with you is just that you’ll really see things through to the end. I would definitely recommend anybody work with you, just because you’re brilliant, smart, hard working.
06 · Print and launch collateral
Screen pixels, rebuilt into press sheets.
- What they needed open
- Five teaching posters made in a chat window, to be printed at 16 by 20 inches for a room.
- What we built
- The source files were about 64 pixels per inch at that size, which no press can hold. One sheet was rebuilt as a true print file: every word re-set as live type, 152 text blocks and 833 words, transcribed twice in independent passes and reconciled block by block, with 23 icons cut from the original artwork and remade. The other four were enlarged with safe zone proofs and a written list of 8 defects found in the source.
- What it changed
- The client rules on 8 defects before anything is printed, rather than finding them on delivery. Prepared files run 4875 by 6075 at 300 dpi with bleed.
Built 7 to 9 October 2026. Proofs are with the client; nothing has been printed yet.
After the launch
And then we keep taking care of it.
A launch is a date. A centre is a calendar. Most of what a practice needs after opening is small, constant and badly suited to hiring someone: a date changed, a product added, a form that stopped sending, a page for next season.
Care

- A monthly check of every link, form and checkout

If a small request misses two working days, that month is free.

What ongoing actually looks like
One centre, from September into November. Every line is work already delivered or a date already fixed with the client. No retention figures are claimed, because the relationship is five weeks old.
- 19 to 20 September. Event page rebuilt, an eleven section training page, legacy language cleared from three pages, redirects, a corrected title and a QR for the printed flyer.
- 19 to 27 September. Registration switched on: a product, a ten seat cap, three questions, a test order.
- 1 October. Homepage body rebuilt from her own writing, a new assessment page in the main navigation, and a practitioner list merged out of two records that had never been joined.
- 7 to 9 October. Five posters prepared for print, one of them rebuilt as live type.
- Sunday 1 November, 2 to 6 PM. Open house at the centre. Flyers, one per piece of equipment, plus a one sheet.
- 13 to 15 November. The training itself. Registration, materials, posters, the practitioner list.
A seven week working scope, written week by week, built around two dates the client set rather than two dates we set.
The Founding Ten-Day Launch
Open and taking payments in ten days, at a fixed price agreed before we start.
