02 · Her idea

Her cover, kept. Every word, set again.

She drew the cover with ChatGPT: the nautilus, the gold rules, the words. In her image the words are part of the picture, so each line was set again as real type, in her layout.

Her image was read letter by letter before anything was set. All nine words read clean.

04 · VistaPrint’s own die

Laid into the die the printer cuts.

The folds, the pocket shapes and the card slit come from VistaPrint’s own template for this 9 by 12 inch, two pocket folder. Each sheet was laid out against it, flat, the way VistaPrint shows it.

05 · Folded

Two pockets, one for each form.

The pocket faces print upside down so they read upright once folded. Her two intake forms each get a labeled home: New Client Intake on the left, Perception and Adaptation on the right, with a slit for her card.
