A therapy practice
A brand and an eight-page site, designed and proofed for desktop and phone.
Itiyopiya F. Ewart, PLLCThe Founding Ten-Day Launch
Open and taking payments in ten days. Done on time, or every dollar back.
See the workGet my fixed priceFor practitioners, teachers and hosts with a date to hit: a program, a practice or an event. Your fixed price arrives within two hours. We start on a Monday. Ten days later it is ready to go live the moment you say yes, with checkout tested by a real payment. Miss that date, and every dollar comes back.
Fixed price. Fixed date. Or it’s free. One person, Will Mosley, in Asheville, from your first email to your handover.
Founding price from $2,500 for our first five Launches, fixed on your quote before you pay. Half locks your Monday; the rest is due on your done date. Next open start: Monday, October 19, done Thursday, October 29, for Launches paid by Thursday, October 15.
Your done date comes and it is not done. One email, and every dollar comes back. You keep what we built.
Your date still comes. Until then, everyone who wants in has to call you, text you or wait.
During your Launch, a short report lands every working morning. Logins never hold us up: text them, email them or send an invite, whichever is fastest for you. Meet Will in person in Asheville, Saturday between 9 and 12.
Today, people who want in have to call, text or wait for you. On day ten, you have:
A program or workshop page that takes registrations. An event page with tickets. A one-page practice site with booking and intake. A membership signup. Bigger? Your quote splits it into Launches, each with its own date and guarantee.
What it is, your date, what it will sell, and a link. A paragraph or a voice memo is enough.
One page within two hours: the result, what done means, the price, your Monday start and done date. It holds three working days.
By card from the link on your quote: all of it, or half now and half on your done date. Everything we need from you is asked once, due the Thursday before. Phone photos are fine. If an old web person holds a login, we ask them for you.
A link you can open by the third working day. A short report every working morning: what got done, what is next, and at most one question, with our suggested answer. Every message answered within one working day. Nothing goes live without your yes.
The result: Your six-week evening course open and taking registrations.
Done means:
Will run through it in a year: 12 seats x $300 x 3 runs = $10,800. It pays for itself at nine seats on the first run. Made-up numbers, not a promise of sales.
Price: $2,500, fixed.
September 19, a practitioner’s training had nowhere to send people. September 27, it was taking $195 registrations, with a ten-seat cap that closes itself. Eight days. That was hourly work for a client of about seven years, before Launches existed. A Launch is the same kind of job, done to a written list, with a fixed date and every dollar back if we miss it. See the registration case.
It really turned out great. I get excited when I read it.Joda Williams, Human Potential Initiatives
Other practices and events we have worked with
A brand and an eight-page site, designed and proofed for desktop and phone.
Itiyopiya F. Ewart, PLLCSix lockups and six symbols that hold up in full color or a single ink.
Shakti Shanti StudioThree ads for one event, 0:32, 1:31 and 1:27, each finished in several shapes for social, ads and the website.
StarTribePrice it against a year of what it lets you sell. Four trainings a year at ten seats and $250 a seat is $10,000. Ten paid seats covers the whole price. Your own numbers go on your quote.
Fixed Date or Free: done on time, or every dollar back. We run two Launches at a time, never more. Your quote names your Monday start.
In full, or half to lock your Monday and half on your done date. We go live once it is paid and you say go. By card, or in person at a Saturday seat.
Fixed Date or Free. If anything on your definition of done is missing on the done date on your quote, every dollar you paid comes back, nothing more is due, and you keep what we built.
Done Means Done. If a line is there on your done date but does not work as written, tell us within 30 days and we fix it free within three working days; if it still does not work, it counts as missed, and every dollar comes back. If something breaks in the 90 days after your done date because of how we built it, we fix that free too.
Change your mind before your Monday start and every dollar comes back. All of this is written into our refund policy.
Ten days from your Monday start to your done date. Outside approvals, like a payment account or a domain, we start with you before your Monday. The date moves only by days we wait on you, on one of those approvals, or on someone outside our control, like an old web person who holds a login, and we tell you in writing that day. The date is met when every line is ready and tested; going live then waits only on your yes and any second payment.
Written on your quote, line by line, before you pay. Every list ends with phone and desktop checks, a real payment or submission through every checkout and form, and every link clicked.
By the third working day you see the direction; changing the look or the voice then is free and keeps your date. One more round of look and wording changes is included if you ask by the sixth working day. Changing the list itself is a new quote and a new date.
Will Mosley, designer and developer, is the one person you deal with. He scopes every Launch, makes every call and checks every page before you see it. AI tools under his direction do the repetitive work, which is how months become ten days. Meet Will Mosley.
An hourly meter, and a date nobody promises.
A discovery call, a proposal, then their calendar.
The learning, testing and fixing happen on your evenings.
Your date does not move.
A Launch gives you all three: a fixed price before you pay, a done date with every dollar back if we miss it, and the work in your own accounts.
Send it on a working day before 3 PM and your quote, or the one question we need answered first, is back within two hours. Later than that, by 10 AM the next working day.
We say so in the quote, before you pay a cent. We would rather turn it down than miss a date.
However is fastest for you. Text or email the logins, or send an access invite. Logins are where most projects stall, so we take them the way you already work, and you get a one-page map of every login at handover. Change any password afterwards if you like.
Your platform, domain and payment fees are paid by you, straight to those companies, in your own accounts. They sit outside the Launch price, and your quote lists them before you pay.
Yes. Thirty minutes on a Saturday morning, 9 to 12, at Switchyards, 217 Coxe Ave, Asheville, or by video. Up to two seats each Saturday. Ask for a Saturday seat.
Keep us on: Care from $500 a month, Partner $2,500, Studio $12,500 (one client at a time). Pay for a year and get two months free. Your handover names the right one.
A few lines is enough. Ten days, or every dollar back, and you keep what we built. Sent on a working day before 3 PM, your quote, or the one question we need answered first, is back within two hours. Later than that, by 10 AM the next working day.
Sort what you keep putting off into Do, Decide and Drop, write the sentence that makes each one finishable, and put an honest hours guess beside it. Most people find the whole list is smaller than it felt.
